A procedure that returns a temp-table with a schema description in it, assembled by this routine.

Parameters:

INPUT pcIndexFieldList AS CHARACTER

The list of fields of interest.

OUTPUT TABLE-HANDLE hTtSchema

The handle to the ttSchema table.
